Please note that we will require an initial payment of £75.00 which is the minimum half-hourly rate for all service calls before we come out to assess a job.  This amount will be applied as a payment to your invoice should you decide to proceed with the recommended work to address the issues identified. All materials will have to be paid for in full before commencement of the work.
